The Executive Chairman of the Edo State Sports Commission (ESSC), Hon. Amadin Desmond Enabulele, today visited Team Edo as they participated in the ongoing South-South Elimination Games across various venues in Benin City.
During his tour, Hon. Enabulele visited several locations, including Wire Road, St. Maria Goretti Girls’ College, Adolor College, and the Crescent Sports Club at Upper Airport Road.
He expressed satisfaction with the performance of the Edo team, praising their dedication and competitive spirit. “It’s encouraging to see our athletes giving their best and showcasing their skills on this significant platform,” he remarked.
Hon. Enabulele emphasized the importance of these eliminations as a stepping stone to the National Sports Festival, commending the athletes for their hard work and commitment.
“You are not just representing Edo State; you are ambassadors of the South-South region. Your efforts today will pave the way for future successes,” he added.
