The massive road construction and rehabilitation efforts currently underway under the leadership of Governor Monday Okpebholo are redefining infrastructure development across Edo State.

A key highlight of this transformative drive is the ongoing reconstruction of the Temboga- Ekiuwa–University of Benin Road and Oba Erediauwa Road in Benin City.
These critical routes are being upgraded to modern standards, improving drainage systems, expanding road width, and ensuring durability to withstand heavy traffic.
The projects are designed to ease congestion around Upper Mission and Ikpoba Hill Road, enhance access to the Ugbowo axis, and significantly reduce travel time for commuters.
