It was the gathering of Africa Leaders with the aim of charting a new positive narrative among African nations to fast track development and prosperity in the Continent.
Some of Leaders at the event are, President of Kosovo, His Excellency Atifiete Jahjaga, former President of Mauritius, Ameenah Gurib-Fakim, former Vice President of Liberia, Jewel Taylor, and Lord Major of Entebbe, Uganda, Fabrice Rulinda.
Others are Vice Chair, Chandler Foundation, Tim Hanstad, ONE’s Executive Director for Africa, Serah Makka, Vice President, United Way of Greater Atlanta, Georgia, United States, Juanita Sheppard among other notable personalities.
The 2 days event is the initiative of the His Royal Majesty , the Ogiame Atuwatse III of Warri Kingdom and Her Majesty, Queen Consort, Warri Kingdom, Olori Atuwatse III.
The maiden event with the theme, ” Unleasing Potential To Redefine The Future” .
According to the Royal first Family of Warri Kingdom, ” The event aimd to showcase Africa’s rich history , culture, and indigenous solutions for foster a positive self-identity among young Africans and reintroduce Africa to the world.
“The initiatives also seeks to inspire a new generation of African Leaders and thinkers, ensuring the continent’s riche heritage and potentials are recognise globally. The effort aligns with with Agendas 2023 and 2063.
“To elevate Africa’s self-image and global perception, fostering a dignified and collaborative Africa that stands proud on the global stage.
“To spotlight and empower a new generation of African Leaders and indigenous solutions for shared African issues, enhancing collaboration within and beyond the continent to drive socio-economic advancement and narrative transformation
