The National Chairman of All progressive Congress (APC) His Excellency Alhaji Abdullahi Umar Ganduje formally received the trio of Mr. Teddy Humphrey Adewunmi, Lazarus Akeredolu and Princewill Ogunnubi to the APC.
Rt. Hon. Peter Akpatason and Senator Domingo Obende who witness their joining the party also welcome them to the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Adewunmi who is the Chief Executive Officer of Trig Energy Limited and a very senior politician who has helped so many downtrodden with his philanthropic gestures.
Akeredolu was the 2011 PDP Candidate for Edo State House Of Assembly, two time Senior Special Assistant to the Edo State Governor, and also two time Senior Special Assistant to the Speaker Of the Edo State House Of Assembly.
While Hon Princewill Ogunnubi was a former Senior Special Assistant to the Edo State Governor and the immediate PA on Political Matters to the Deputy Governor Of Edo State. Marvellous Omobayo.
The now former PDP faithfuls has joined the APC and collapse their structures into the APC in Akoko-Edo LGA as well as Edo State.
The National Chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Umar Ganduje who was highly excited assured the new APC faithfuls of his readiness to work with them and that all rights and privileges of the party will be accorded with utmost respect and diligence.
While thanking them for their resilience, dedication to identify with the APC, said that the APC was the right party to belong noting that the candidates of APC, Senator Monday Okpebholo and his Deputy Hon. Dennis Idahosa are tested and trusted candidates with proven track records of performance will become the Governor by the grace of God
Mr. Teddy Humphrey Adewunmi who is the leader of the team express his enthusiasm and strong desire to work and give APC a very resounding victory come September 21st, 2024.
As a grassroot politician promised to support the party both financially, materially and otherwise to ensure victory for the APC.
Akeredolu on his path said he made the decision and he is convinced to join the APC because he identified the leadership acumen and political trajectory of the APC candidate in his senatorial district which reflect his firmness and commitment to always do the right thing for his people
Ogunnubi on his part said that he is coming to join the APC to work and add value towards the party’s victory in the forthcoming September 21st elections.
He emphasize on the need for new leadership in the Edo State Government and expressed confidence that with Senator Monday Okpebholo as the new Governor Edo will be great again.
