An indigene of Delta State from Ughelli South Local Government Area, Emmanuel Efayeta Kuejubola has written a letter to African richest businessman , Alhaji Aliko Dangote to loan him whooping sum of N12 Billion without precondition to enable to him embark on a housing project and alleviate poverty among Nigerians.
Kuejubola said he planned to build 3000 housing unit broken into three phases pledged to return the loan in 38 months from the date of distlbursement
In his published letter of appeal stated, ” Alhaji Aliko Dangote, please there is one more risk you have to take. Please I urgently need N12,000,000,000 (Twelve Billion Naira) from you.
“Your risk and dexterity has lifted many from the shackles of poverty globally. I have a dream and plan to address housing needs starting from Delta State through the development of new settlement which is geared toward tapping the agricultural potentials of our land
“The said money I am asking from you, will partly be spent on acquisition of four hundred acres of land and its documentation at a location in Delta State. Thereafter, I will start the development of 400 units of two bedroom bungalow.
“The long term plan is the development of 3000 units of houses broken into three phases. Developing the houses is key. I agree with you completely that Africa can be turn into a heaven of sort within five years. Nothing is impossible.
He pointed out that Writing this letter was difficult for him adding he was driven by the high level of poverty and need to address housing deficit.
“The plan is geared towards addressing housing shortages in Nigeria, creating job opportunity, improving our business environment both short and long terms. This plan will create 3000 jobs opportunities which I can explain to you at your convenience.
“The multiplier effects of developing new settlements of 1000 housing unit each is enormous. This plan will be replicated in the different locations so as to create 3000 jobs and 3000 housing units.
“The said loan facility I am asking from you will be returned by the 38 month from the date of disbursement by you. Please Alhaji don’t give me any precondition to receive this loan. Idea may nule the world but money answers all things.
“I trust that your response will be favourable as many Nigerians including me and my family will be taken out of poverty. He added.
