On this historic occasion, I heartily congratulate you and wish you a successful and impactful tenure as you lead the Nigerian Bar Association into a new era of excellence, innovation and service.
I also commend the immediate past President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Mazi Afam J. Osigwe, SAN, for his exemplary leadership, remarkable achievements and the successful transition that has strengthened the Bar and reinforced its democratic traditions.
The Nigerian Bar Association has remained a steadfast guardian of the rule of law, the independence of the judiciary and the administration of justice in our nation.
At this critical stage of our democratic journey, the Bar must continue to champion justice, uphold the highest ethical standards, deepen institutional reforms and promote the welfare and appropriate remuneration of legal practitioners across Nigeria.
